Deadloch Season 1 Episode 3 Recap: On Deadloch, the search for who killed Gavin and Trent is getting stronger. When Dulcie and Redcliffe change their focus to the women of Deadloch, it opens the door to suspects and sends the women on a wild goose chase. The third episode of Deadloch, Netflix’s new and exciting crime drama, had some shocking turns and reveals.

Deadloch Season 1 Episode 3 Recap: What Drug Did They Find in the Bodies?
At the start of the show, Dulcie and Cath are in therapy, and Redcliffe is talking to a mannequin about her fears of going back to the shack where she was living. The problem right now is that Cath doesn’t talk to anyone, and Dulcie says that it’s hard to talk to her about work.
Phil is now complaining to the local news about how the town has dealt with the killings. Also, the same writer wrote a bad story about Detective Redcliffe, saying that she isn’t fit for the job because she attacked her coworkers and the city. She gets the team together to say she’s sorry, and then she lets Dulcie talk about the case.
Dulcie says that they think it might have been a woman who killed the people. So, they tell the women who might be guilty. Sharelle Muir, Vanessa Lathan, Victoria O’Dwyer, Skye O’Dwyer, and Margaret Carruthers are the names of the girls.
Detective Redcliffe and Dulcie are going to go talk to Margaret about the case while sitting down. Redcliffe asks the town what they think of her plan for Deadloch.
Margaret tells him that some people protested by throwing roadkill all over the fair. Dulcie asks her if Gavin and Trent were protesting, and she says that they were.
Aleyna says that she wasn’t in Rod’s plan for who would take over after he died, and she tells Dulcie and Redcliffe that she wouldn’t have become mayor without Margaret’s help.
Gavin and Nathan’s bodies both had pentobarbital in them. Cath is the only person in the city who can get to this. Redcliffe and Dulcie ask her who she gave access to, which makes Cath a little bit defensive.
After getting rid of Redcliffe, Dulcie makes friends with Cath and gets her to agree to email her about who she has given it to, including Margaret.
Abby says that Margaret and Rod had stopped talking to each other and hated each other to the core. So, Detective Redcliffe tells Dulcie to use this as a chance to ask Margaret more questions and find out more.
But Margaret is giving a speech where she tells the crowd and Redcliffe/Dulcie that she was out of the country when she heard that her husband had died. Because of this, Redcliffe/Dulcie has to take her off the list of people who might have done it.
Michelle tells Detective Redcliffe and Dulcie that she needs to tell them something. But as she goes on and on, the women are about to give up when they find something she said that makes them understand that Sam, not Rod, was the first victim.
The medical inspector calls Dulcie and tells her that she found a pub from a woman in Sam’s mouth. They go talk to Sam’s wife, Victoria, to ask for a DNA sample.
Redcliffe is getting ready for the case, so Dulcie tells him to take a shower at her place. Cath is throwing a surprise birthday party for Dulcie as they walk in.
As the party gets weirder, someone says that it’s because Dulcie cheated on her husband with a detective and they moved to Deadloch to start over.
When the women hear that the Mayor is going to say something important, they rush to stop her. The Mayor says that Gavin and Trent’s names will be put on the gym and the bathrooms. What Happens at the End of the Episode?
Sharelle asks Abby about Sam O’Dwye, and Abby tells her that Sam dated a lot of women, so it could have been anyone. While that is going on, Kate calls Dulcie to make sure that the hair isn’t Margaret’s.
Redcliffe keeps getting pushed by the press for answers, and she passes out. At the end of the show, we see someone in a house, preparing another syringe with a knife with two blades.
