How To Get The Ba Xing Chong Smart Shotgun in Cyberpunk 2077?

The Kang Tao L-69 Zhuo shoots five times as many bullets as the Ba Xing Chong, but only half as many. The weapon can also break through 50% more protection and fire explosive pellets that may cause burn damage when they hit something.
