The famous HBO series Sex and the City (1998/2004) will continue. According to the New York Post, HBO’s new platform, HBO MAX, has commissioned new episodes of the comedy-drama starring Sarah Jessica Parker.

Actresses Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis are eager to reprise their iconic roles, but Kim Cattrall is not interested in returning, according to the publication, due to her conflicts with Parker.

The news spread after Sarah Jessica Parker, who also produced the HBO original series, admitted that she would like to do “some episodes of Sex and the City.”

However, he added: “I wouldn’t call it a reboot, but a ‘review.’ I’d like to see where everyone is now. I’m curious, the world has changed since the movie… technology, social networks ”.

And the 55-year-old star was also interested in seeing how sexual politics and the #MeToo and Time’s Up movement would affect the characters.

She added about her alter ego: “I think Carrie Bradshaw would be too greedy to share her feelings and thoughts on these moves.”
