Netflix has advanced the premiere of the third season of Cobra Kai that arrives in January.
Who was going to tell Johnny Lawrence and Daniel LaRusso that more than 35 years after the premiere of the unforgettable Karate Kid they were going to once again become a fan phenomenon with the story of their rivalry when they were grown up.
Cobra Kai, which began as one of the first original YouTube series, has been working its way to success, achieving that after two seasons Netflix took over its broadcasting rights and even announced a third and fourth season of this series on the nostalgic karate that has managed to win over Karate Kid fans but also many viewers who did not even know the story of Mr. Miyagi and the young Danie LaRusso.
And of course, what better belated Christmas gift, or early Kings, for its subscribers than to bring forward the premiere of the third season of Cobra Kai a week, which will be available on Netflix on January 1, 2021 instead of January 8. January as originally announced, when the streaming platform also revealed that a fourth season was already in the works.
A third season that looks like it’s going to be tough on Johnny Lawrence, not only is he having trouble with his dojo and his old mentor, John Kreese but Cobra Kai’s message, “Hit first, hit strong, without mercy “, it seems that he has gotten out of hand.
