Apple TV + is looking for its niche and managing to make its way through the catalogs of other streaming platforms and it seems that it is succeeding: one of its fictions, Ted Lasso, has become one of its greatest successes. The comedy headed by Jason Sudeikis began as a promotional advertisement and has become a fiction praised by all, to the point that its protagonist won the Golden Globe for Best Comedy Actor. Ten days after the premiere of its first season in August 2020, the series was confirmed for a second installment.

After a few months of waiting without knowing anything about our favorite soccer coach, last January the platform wanted to show a preview to show that they were already working on the new chapters of the fiction. “Time to start warming up. The production of the second season of Ted Lasso has already begun, ”the tweet read. In this way, Apple TV + has been revealing some details of the second season and the last of them has been the signing of Sarah Niles ( I could destroy you ), who joins the cast as Sharon, a sports psychologist who works with AFC Richmond.
