New Amsterdam is an American medical drama television series made by David Schulner. The series is based on the publication Twelve Illness: Life and Death at Bellevue Hospital by Eric Manheimer. The series premiered on 25th September 2018 on NBC. There are two seasons so much with 40 episodes and a running time of 43 minutes. The show has quite positive reviews from viewers and mixed reviews from critics.
The narrative follows the journey of Dr. Max Goodwin as he becomes clinical director of one of the United States’ oldest public hospitals and tries to reestablish the failed facilities to elevate the hospital to the glory it deserves while providing exemplary care to its patients.
When will New Amsterdam season 4 air?
As season three is still yet to go out, it is not clear if the fourth excursion will be hitting displays.
However, it could be sometime in 2022 following season three was postponed on account of this coronavirus pandemic.
The continuing impact of the global health crisis and the rate of infection could also affect filming on season four of New Amsterdam.
An episode count for season three is yet to be verified and it is unclear how many installments could be in the fourth cycle.
But the show will be broadcasting every week with a midseason hiatus like many American displays.

Since the third season is not available for viewing yet it will be difficult to forecast the narrative line of the fourth season. But in the event, the series remains true to the present conditions it’s likely that the creators of this series will incorporate these difficult times and their effects on caregivers from the narrative line.
