Last Night in Soho Plot

From all we’ve seen, read, and heard so far, Last Night in Soho appears to have all the makings of a gripping psychological thriller. So expect a lot of action, storey twists, nail-biting moments, and possibly some bloodshed and gore.

“Eloise, an aspiring fashion designer, is inexplicably able to enter the 1960s, where she meets a dazzling want tobe singer, Sandie,” according to the official narrative summary. But the glitz isn’t all it seems, as old dreams begin to crumble and split into something far more sinister.”

However, we may delve a little deeper into the storey. So, let’s get started.

Eloise Turner, a young fashion design student, is the protagonist of the film. She flies all the way to London to enrol in a fashion school, hoping to one day become a well-known designer. She looks and acts like any other modern young woman, yet she possesses an uncanny sixth sense. She is transported through time and space to a Soho nightclub in 1966, where she meets Sandie, a legendary singer of the era.

Eloise is enamoured with the glamorous life of the 1960s and falls in love with Sandie. Eloise’s life becomes a living fantasy when she is taken into a different era and then into Sandie’s body (or possibly a nightmare). However, Eloise’s deeds have repercussions, and she must pay a price for fulfilling her dream.

The more she sees, the more she knows that beneath all the glitz and glam, something terrible lurks, and nothing is as it seems. Things become increasingly complicated with each turn of events until Eloise’s life takes a dark turn, shocking and horrifying her.

Is there something supernatural at work here, or is it just her imagination playing tricks on her? Is this a horror film or simply a terrifying experience? You’ll never know unless you find out! And the only way to find out what happens to Eloise and get answers to all your questions is to see the movie when it arrives at a theatre near you.

Last Night in Soho Trailer

So far, two official trailers for Last Night in Soho have been released by Focus Features. On May 25, 2021, the first trailer was released, providing a glimpse into Eloise’s life when she relocates to London, as well as her encounter with Sandie and the events that follow. Petula Clark’s “Downtown” plays in the background as the neon-tinted scenes play.

On September 8, 2021, the second trailer was released. This tape takes you a bit deeper into the storey, and it looks that Eloise and Sandy have a psychic link between the past and present, and that Eloise is a medium of some sort.

The ads, in combination with both clips, offer you the best idea of what to expect from this film. Although it appears that much of the plot has been revealed, we are confident that the film will have many more surprises and shocks.
