An American media executive and political strategist, Bannon was born Stephen Kevin Bannon on November 27, 1953. The first seven months of Donald Trump’s presidency saw him serve as the White House’s top strategist under the guidance of the president.

It’s worth noting that he previously served on the board of directors of the now-defunct data-analytics firm Cambridge Analytica. During the late 1970s and early 1980s, Bannon served as a Navy officer for seven years.

In the two years following his discharge from the military, he worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs. Acting director of the Biosphere 2 research project was him in 1993.

Between 1991 and 2016, he produced 18 films as an executive producer in Hollywood. When he co-founded Breitbart News with others in 2007, he called it “the platform for the alt-right.”

In 2016, he still called it that. On November 8, 2016, Bannon was named Trump’s chief strategist and senior counsellor following Trump’s victory in the 2016 presidential election.

Eight months after he left, he rejoined Breitbart. Bannon left Breitbart in January 2018 after Trump disavowed him for critical remarks reported in the book Fire and Fury.

A day after Steve Bannon made inflammatory remarks about Dr Anthony Fauci and FBI Director Christopher Wray, Bannon’s lawyer resigned from the federal fraud case against him.

Burck wrote a letter to a federal judge in New York City on Friday stating that he was withdrawing from the case. He didn’t give a reason for why he was doing this.

Burck was unavailable for comment when contacted via email. After Bannon suggested on an online broadcast that Fauci and Wray should be beheaded for being disloyal to the president, the lawyer resigned from the administration.

Bannon’s Twitter account was permanently suspended as a result of the comments. Bannon said in a video that he’d “put the heads on pikes” as a warning to federal bureaucrats.

Getting on board or getting kicked out is the only option. Bannon, 66, is accused of defrauding Trump supporters by organising a group called “We Build The Wall,” which claimed to be eager to assist the president in building a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.

Bannon faces prison time if found guilty of the charges. He has entered a not-guilty plea. Breitbart founder Steve Bannon and his co-defendants have been charged with defrauding thousands of donors who gave $25 million to help build Trump’s border wall.

On Friday, prosecutors refused to comment. In the court record, there was no mention of Bannon’s new attorney. Alexandra Preate, Bannon’s former spokeswoman, did not return a call seeking comment on Friday.
