Finances

In a court case from March 2013, Fraser claimed that between alimony, mortgage payments, and other costs, he was losing $87,000 per month. He reported a $25 million net worth and a $205,704 monthly income, saying he was no longer making the mega-millions he did at the height of his celebrity.

Investment revenue amounted to about $26,000 per month for him, he added, and he spent $113,000 annually on “professional costs” (lawyers, managers, agents). With these deductions, Brendan’s monthly take-home pay dropped to around $118,000.

Fraser’s monthly outlays exceeded his income by $87,000 due to payments of $50,000 in alimony, $34,000 in income taxes, $25,000 in child support, and more than $25,000 in miscellaneous costs (mortgages, property taxes, etc.).

His ex-wife claimed he was concealing assets while owing her $900,000 a year in alimony and child support. If Brendan’s annual income dropped below $3 million, as it had not at the time of the divorce, he would have been able to lower his alimony payments.
