Early Life

Blake was born in Enfield, London, on September 26, 1988. His parents, musicians Lames and Helen Litherland raised him. After showing early promise as a musician, Blake began formal piano lessons as a toddler.

His early schooling was at Grange Park Primary School in Winchmore Hill, and his further studies were at The Latymer School in Edmonton. Then he enrolled at London’s Goldsmiths College to study popular music and eventually graduated with a degree.
