Does Negan Die in The Walking Dead?
Negan does not die in The Walking Dead. He has come dangerously close to death on numerous occasions, most notably in the season 8 finale when Rick Grimes eventually destroys him and his merciless saviors before choosing to save his life and making him a prisoner of Alexandria.
