Does Jamie Die in Outlander?
In the fifth season of the show, Jamie confronts Lionel Brown and his men for taking his wife Claire. When Brown and his men hurt Jamie’s wife, Jamie’s anger breaks through the walls to rain down as wrath on Brown and his men. After he kills everyone, Jamie takes Lionel’s body to his brother Richard.
Richard doesn’t feel sad about his brother’s death, but he makes it clear to Jamie that he won’t think twice about killing him when the time comes. Richard and his Committee of Safety hang over Jamie like dark clouds of death in the sixth season.
Richard Brown wants to see Jamie die and is waiting for a chance to make that happen. Jamie’s life really is on a thread. His new job as an Indian agent and the smoke from the coming American Revolution show that he may have to draw his sword and load his gun to save his life.
But that doesn’t mean Jamie will definitely die in the sixth round of the show. Since Jamie doesn’t die in the season’s source novel, “A Breath of Snow and Ashes,” fans of the character can look forward to seeing Jamie’s strength in the next episodes.

Even if Jamie manages to stay alive, he might not be able to live in peace with his wife, family, and other tenants. The Revolution is likely to test how loyal he is to the British Crown, and the fact that he is on the wrong side of history may make him want to fight a few enemies he didn’t know about.
