Early Life
Wiz Khalifa was born on September 8, 1987, in Minot, North Dakota. His parents were serving in the military however his parents divorced when he was three years old. He achieved significant attention with his mixtape Kush and Orange Juice in 2010 before he signed with Atlantic Records.
Wiz Khalifa’s debut single for Atlantic Record “Black and Yellow” became an anthem on the streets of the United States of America and the world at large. The song was successful and reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100. His success also continued with the release of his following album “Rolling Papers” in 2011.

Wiz Khalifa was forced to stop his performance at the Ruoff Music Center in Noblesville Indianapolis. This was due to a disorderly audience and false reports of gunfire. The concert started peacefully and the rapper Logic performed as the opening act.
However, tensions broke out during Wiz Khalifa’s headline performance. The crowd became unruly as rumors of gunshots began to circulate among the fans. In response to the rumors and threats people began running and making their way towards the concert stage.
The tension created a domino effect as more began running away which also caused more chaotic scenes as people tried to escape. The police launched an investigation into the reports of the alleged gunshots but no evidence was found.
