The main character, Taichi Nishimura, is played by Kohei Amasaki, who was also the voice of Doug & Kirill in Double Decker! You might not have heard of the animation company Encourage Films before, but they helped Satelight with the animation for the Symphogear anime. They have also made their own cartoons, like “We Love Rice” and “Etotoma.” They have also made adaptations of video games (Merc Storia) and manga (Hitorijime My Hero), but the Isekai Cheat Magician anime is the first time they have made a version of a light novel.
