All Rise Season 3 Episode 11 Recap!
Luke’s arm is in a sling after the attack in the midseason finale, but he is well enough to walk out with Emily hand in hand after they successfully make their point about their last “L-word” meeting. Emily’s return is also a top concern for the Public Defender’s office, so the two of them may work together more in the future.
Even though they are still traumatized by what happened at the HOJ, the judges, lawyers, and other staff members went back to work two weeks after the terrible event. Emily and Luke, who are co-counselors on a case, are startled when a pigeon lands loudly outside the courtroom window. During the hearing, Lola is scared by an angry outburst that turns physical.
Teddy also survived the killing, and he and Mark are back in court, which is amazing given how bad Teddy’s injuries seemed to be. But his experience seems to have changed him, because he can now answer Mark and yell at the offender even after the cross-examination is over.
Ness is found asleep in the hospital at the start of the show, and her health is in a bad way. During the hour, Amy, Sara, and Lola stay by her side and try to stay positive, even though the doctor has warned them that things could get worse. As the show comes to an end, Ness starts to get bored. Ness, who fixes and wakes people up, has nothing to do with the death that has Amy crying.
The truth is that Amy’s husband, Collier, has died. Amy told Mark that Collier was finally getting a divorce and that her lupus had gone away, so her death came as a shock. Who knows, though, if she will still go through with that plan and marry Mark even though she is sad. If the marriage doesn’t work out, Mark might at least feel bad for Lola, whose own marriage is in trouble.
As Lola is about to tell Robin about her kiss with Dre, who is still texting her all the time, Robin ruins the surprise by saying that he saw it happen. Lola says she’s sorry and was shocked by what happened, but it takes Robin a while to understand. When he says he’s taking Bailey to see his folks, Lola thinks it’s a punishment because he’s taking her child away.
