Tokumaru told him not to get in the way of their progress while they were being passed. Haruka told him that he had forgotten about the blue flags and made room for him.

He said Tokumaru was the one who moved too quickly. Koutarou and Tokumaru got into a fight, and Kouya tried to stop them. He told them to stop arguing because they had a race coming up. In the middle of their fight, Tokumaru chose to leave.

Kouya told Haruka he was sorry, told him to do his best, and promised to cheer for him. Haruka, on the other hand, got mad and told him he didn’t need praise because he could race without it.
