Arrowhead Game Studios has seen tremendous success with Helldivers 2, but since its release, it has only been available to PC and PlayStation users. We’ve all been hoping for the popular shooter to make its way to Xbox because we need more soldiers in the battle for democracy.

Since we battle the alien threat in Helldivers 2 as a community, all players have made requests and petitions. Our chances of winning the war increase with the number of players. We have been pleading with Xbox users to join the cause for a long time, but up until now we have heard nothing.
Is Helldivers 2 Coming To Xbox?
We want to be clear that this is just a rumor, but on a recent episode of The XboxEra podcast, there was talk about Helldivers 2 coming to Xbox. In the segment called “The Rumourmill,” Shpeshal Nick asserted that he had learned of conversations taking place at Sony regarding the release of Helldivers 2 on Xbox.
We know that PlayStation has a new CEO at the moment, and I think the new CEO might be more open to certain things. And what I’ve heard is that there may be some very, very early, preliminary discussions about the possibility of Helldivers 2 coming to Xbox.

Since Helldivers 2 is a live service game, it must continue to attract players in order to retain their interest. Xbox users have an untapped resource in Arrowhead, and most players don’t see any drawbacks to making the game accessible to new players. We can quietly hope for the time being, but we will have to wait and see if anything comes of this rumor.
