Sportscaster Kay Adams Playfully Addresses Speculation About Dating New York Giants Quarterback Daniel Jones
Kay Adams is playing it cool when it comes to her relationship with Daniel Jones and enjoying herself as the rumors fly.
The former Good Morning Football anchor, 38, addressed rumors of a romance with Jones, which began when she interviewed the player last month, in an interview with Giants guard Jermain Eluemunor on Tuesday, September 3, episode of her podcast “Up & Adams.”
She joked to Eluemunor, 29, “You gotta protect your boy, my boy, the world internet thinks [he’s] my boy.” Eluemunor laughed heartily at Adams’ remark, which made Adams uncomfortable and made her hold back her own laughing. “Oh God, I don’t want to talk about it,” she said in closing.
Eluemunor, who was grinning, told Adams, “I’ve seen that, I know what you’re talking about,” which continued the conversation. Adams answered, putting her head in her hand and informing the athlete that she was attempting to help Eluemunor’s side by bringing up the subject of Jones.
Eluemunor, however, couldn’t resist making fun of Adams and telling her that “Daniel’s a great looking guy,” which caused Adams to reminisce briefly about Jones’ beard. The moment Eluemunor showed his support for the beard, Adams steered the debate back toward the NFL.
However, that wasn’t the last time the two discussed Jones on the podcast. According to The Sun, Jones is allegedly dating Ella Bonafede, a former lacrosse player for Duke University in North Carolina.

Eluemunor discussed later in the interview how he planned to defend his quarterback in the team’s next Sunday, September 8 game against the Minnesota Vikings.
“You have my belief,” Adams affirmed. “Go defend my boyfriend,” I said.
When Adams spoke with Jones for her show on August 12, dating rumors about the pair initially surfaced. During the conversation, the two looked flirtatious as Adams asked Jones about his “supernatural” beard, chuckled at some of his responses, and brought up his recent “physical changes.”
Adams does not currently in a romantic relationship, although Jones seems to be in one.
Many social media users commented on Adams and Jones’ interview. One individual posted a post on X on August 13th that said, “According to TMZ, superstar quarterback Daniel Jones of the New York Giants is dating American sportscaster Kay Adams.”
The post garnered 2.4 million views and numerous shares, despite the outlet never publishing a piece about the pair’s interview.
Some social media users identified specific instances in the interview where the chemistry between the two caught many off guard. For example, one TikTok user captioned a video of the conversation with the words, “Bearded Daniel Jones has Kay Adams stuttering.”
