If you do not receive an email with a new password within 14 days, follow these steps to reset your username:

1. Log into your GTCM account using the username and password you currently use.
2. Click on “My Profile” in the top right corner of the page.
3. Under “Profile Settings,” click on “Change Password.”
4. Enter your current username in the “New Username” field and your desired new password in the “New Password” field, then click on the “Update Profile” button.
