Tommy Lee Gets a Hug from John Travolta, Who Says ‘Love You Tons’ in Photo!

On Saturday night, John Travolta went to see Motley Crue in concert and revealed some of his favorite moments from what he dubbed the ‘best.’

Motley Crue’s Tommy Lee, 59, and his band Motley Crue were a big part of John Travolta’s life on July 2. To his Instagram, he posted a picture of him having fun at their concert in Jacksonville, FL, as well as a video of him dancing.

His smile and denim jacket were on display in the photo he shared with Tommy, while in the video he stood side stage and watched the band perform while simultaneously giving a thumbs up to the camera.

The greatest night in rock ‘n’ roll was made possible, in large part, by Tommy Lee. The best of Mötley Crüe. You’re the best. Posting to his Instagram, John wrote “– JT” in its caption. As soon as it was posted, he received a flood of well-wishes from his followers.

“Nice. John… You should have bolted from the stage and shocked the living daylights out of the entire audience.

If you hadn’t done the Pulp Fiction dance, you should have gone out and done it. One of the attendees joked, “a night to remember.” Another yelled, “John Travolta and Tommy!” while a third said, “How fantastic is that?… There’s so much skill right there….”

Earlier this month, John made news when he shared a selfie of him and his two children, Ella, 22, and Benjamin, 11, cuddling for Father’s Day.

As they sat and grinned for the camera, the family appeared to be seated in a little plane. “Fatherhood is a privilege. My children, you are so special to me. To everyone, a happy Father’s Day! “The doting dad” captioned the image.

After his wife Kelly Preston died of breast cancer in 2020, John has been parenting his children as a single father. He frequently posts pictures of himself and his children on social media, especially during holidays and special occasions like their birthdays.

In April, he shared a video of the two of them having high tea in London, England, in honor of Ella’s 22nd birthday. They were both smiling and toasting with their tea cups as they sipped from them at a table full of tasty-looking pastries in the adorable video.

“Happy birthday, Ella! I love you so much!” As John began the video’s caption, “I love you so much,” the caption read. The Shepherd, a short film by Frederick Forsyth based on a book I’ve long adored, is being filmed in England for the occasion.
