Peace Anyiam-Osigwe was a well-known Nigerian filmmaker and entertainment executive who was called “the queen of Nollywood films.” On January 9, 2023, Peace Anyiam-Osigwe, who started the AMAA or Africa Movie Academy Awards, died in a hospital in Lagos State, Nigeria. Anyiam-Osigwe's Cause of Death
Anyiam-Osigwe died at St. Nicholas Hospital in Lagos, Nigeria, on January 9, 2023. She had gone into a coma on January 7, 2023. Zik Zulu told everyone about the tribute and said, “Our President, Peace, has died. She was said to be in a coma at Saint Nicholas on Saturday. But her family has now confirmed that she is a woman. May it be a blessing to remember her. He writes on a Nollywood platform, “Rest in peace, sweet Peace.”

Who Was Anyiam-Osigwe Peace?
Before her short marriage, the late filmmaker was known as Peace Anyiam-Fiberesima. She is known as the “queen of Nollywood films.” She was the first person to bring Nollywood movies to foreign film festivals.
In 2012, she made P-first Square's music video, which became a huge hit. The director was the founder of the African Movie Academy Awards or AMAA. He was born into the famous Anyiam-Osigwe family in Nkwerre, Imo State. She was also the President of the Association of Movie Producers (AMP) and one of the most famous people in Nollywood.
