Andor Season 2: Release Date | Is the Next Part Coming in This Year?

After the first season of Andor completely blew our minds and became one of the best things to ever emerge from the realm of Star Wars, we’re going to be riding the hype train for this Star Wars series for quite some time. Season 2 of the sci-fi series has begun, and it’s time to get psyched about it.

Cassian Andor, who you may remember from the Star Wars film Rogue One, forges his path within the Rebellion and begins to fight back against the Galactic Empire in the streaming service show. We need more, so we’re looking ahead to the Andor season 2 release date and have all the information you need.

When Will Andor Season 2 Be Released?

Andor Season 2

The date for season 2 of Andor hasn’t been set, but the show’s creator, Tony Gilroy, says it will come out in the last half of 2024. In February 2023, when this was written, the second season had just started filming. If season 2 of Andor comes out in the fall of 2024, it will be at the same time as season 1. If everything goes well, season 2 of Andor could come out in August 2024.

It will be very different. Reports say that the second season of Star Wars will take place over the course of four years. As the show builds up to the Death Star mission, there will be jumps in time every three episodes.

Andor Season 2

There will probably be a lot of new people and planets in Andor, which means there will be a lot of cool new places to film in Andor. One of the best things about the first season is that Andor looks so much better than in previous Star Wars shows.

This is mostly because they used real-world locations. We hope that the trend continues in season 2, but we’ll be happy if Disney just realizes that season 2 of Andor must reach these five goals.
