‘Victoria Jackson’ Opens Up About Inoperable Tumor and Cancer Battle: ‘My Life Has Been Fantastic’
Victoria Jackson is an American actress and comedian. She was a cast member on the series Saturday Night Live from 1986 to 1992.
On Wednesday, the actress, provided a health update in an Instagram post that she has an inoperable tumor in her windpipe.
Jackson explained, “They cannot remove the marble-sized tumor pressing against my windpipe, which could eventually cause me to suffocate.” She then went on to discuss her treatment plan.
In the video, Jackson disclosed that she has an inoperable tumor located in her windpipe.
“They cannot operate and cut out the marble in my chest that is laying on my windpipe, and eventually would suffocate me to death,” Jackson said.
She continued, “They’re giving me a magic pill. It’s going to be delivered to my front door within the next 12 hours.

Jackson remained upbeat and did not dwell on the grim nature of her prognosis.
“I’ve had a fantastic life,” she said, before naming a few things left she’d like to see before she goes.
“I’d like to see my grandson born — his name is Jimmy — in October and get to know [him] a little and I would like to see my daughter Aubrey have a baby.”
Jackson was a cast member on ‘SNL’ from 1986 to 1992, often featured on Weekend Update and known for her impersonations of Roseanne Barr, Sally Struthers, and Zsa Zsa Gabor.
She first disclosed her breast cancer diagnosis in 2016. Earlier this week, she shared a video from the room where she was undergoing a CT scan.
