Barry Keoghan Appears to Quash Breakup Rumors with Sabrina Carpenter After DeuxMoi Gossip
Just hours after DeuxMoi reported that Barry Keoghan and Sabrina Carpenter had parted ways five months after their relationship became public, Keoghan, 31, appeared to address the speculation by liking the “Espresso” singer’s latest Instagram post.
In response, Barry quickly took to Instagram, liking one of Sabrina’s posts, which seemed to indicate that their relationship is still intact.
The post featured the alluring cover of Carpenter’s Short n’ Sweet Bonus Track LP, showcasing the 25-year-old pop star in striking baby blue lingerie and heels.
According to E-News, Barry Keoghan and Sabrina Carpenter first met during Paris Fashion Week in September 2023 at a Givenchy show. By early December, they were seen dining together in Los Angeles, sparking romance rumors. In February 2024, they seemed to subtly debut their relationship at the W magazine, Mark Ronson, and Gucci Grammys afterparty. While they posed separately on the red carpet, they appeared close inside the event. Later that month, they were spotted sharing a kiss in Los Angeles after dining at Nobu.
In March, Keoghan supported Carpenter at her performance opening for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in Singapore, and the couple made their red carpet debut at the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty. In April, Keoghan was seen filming Carpenter’s Coachella performance, and in May, they attended the Met Gala, where they joined forces at the top of the stairs.
Days later, Keoghan hosted a birthday party for Carpenter at DUMBO House in Brooklyn, where they shared a sweet kiss. In June, Keoghan appeared in Carpenter’s music video for “Please Please Please,” depicting a Bonnie and Clyde-style romance. Carpenter even playfully referenced Keoghan’s profession in the song’s lyrics. Earlier this month, Carpenter praised Keoghan as “one of the best actors of this generation” in an interview with Variety.
