On Friday, August 30, the duo, who star in Hulu’s Tell Me Lies, were spotted together in New York City. Van Patten, 27, sported a dark blue shirt with matching pants and orange Adidas sneakers, complemented by a red bag. White, 28, opted for a casual look with a dark T-shirt and jeans.

Rumors about their relationship have circulated since they started working on Tell Me Lies, but it wasn’t until their joint interview that they officially confirmed they are a couple.

In an interview on August 28, Van Patten shared, “It’s amazing. We had our first fight on camera. We got it out of the way, yeah.”

White commented on how their off-screen romance enhances their on-screen chemistry, saying, “It’s cool, we get to bring a lot of freedom and safety, and we get to do whatever we want with each other because there’s so much trust there.”

Van Patten added, “It’s so much easier to be vulnerable and open and be mean to each other on-camera because we’ve built such a safe, secure bubble.”

White noted that they “get to relax” at home after a day of “screaming at each other at work,” while Van Patten humorously likened filming to “couple’s therapy.”

Tell Me Lies Season 2 will premiere its first two episodes on Wednesday, September 4, on Hulu, with the remaining episodes releasing weekly.
