The Tailor Season 2: The Tailor is a Turkish Netflix show made by Onur Güvenatam that seems to be based on a real story. It’s about a famous tailor named Peyami, his psychopathic childhood best friend Dimitri, and Dimitri’s tortured fiance Esvet.
It’s surprising how well this is put together and written. Even though there are a lot of surprises, they never seem too far-fetched, and even things like parenting, marriage, and inheritance are easy to keep track of.
Most of what happens makes sense and builds up to a good end, but the show doesn’t last long enough to show how big it is. People who liked the show may wonder what will happen next, especially since the end of Season 1 doesn’t really answer any questions.
For now, here’s what we know about season 2 of one of the best Turkish thriller shows, The Tailor, and its return to Netflix. As with many of the best TV shows on the streaming service, fans are already eager to know when they can watch more of their new favorite show.
Will There Be a Season 2 of The Tailor on Netflix?
The news is good! A teaser video for season 2 of The Tailor was shown at the end of the first season.
Since there is already a trailer for the next season, it’s likely that shooting is done or at least almost done. So, we shouldn’t have to wait too long for more of The Tailor. Early 2024 is probably a good guess for when it will come out.
Netflix hasn’t put up the season 2 trailer on YouTube yet, so if you’re still on the fence about watching the show, here’s the trailer for season 1.
But there are some things that give fans reason to be hopeful. Some Turkish shows on the site, like The Gift, have become hits and have been on for more than one season.

There are people who know that the region’s movies and TV shows are quietly good, and even though The Tailor isn’t perfect, it’s still a satisfying enough experience that this is mostly still true.
Also, it’s clear that the end of the show brought up more questions than it explained. Almost every plot is still unfinished, which should be reason enough to keep going with the story.
We don’t know how much more of the real-life events can be used to shape the story, but the creative team could use some artistic license to go in a different way if they wanted to.
Obviously, The Tailor will need to demonstrate that it already has a following. On the other hand, if it is successful in constructing one, there is a good possibility that we will see more of it in the not-too-distant future.
Our official prediction is that The Tailor will be renewed for a second season, but as per usual, we will keep this page updated with any new information as it becomes available. Perhaps we are being overly hopeful.
