In 2016 Ryan started a water bottle brand Neptune Bottle alongside his close friend Caden Wiese. Ryan Trahan however left A&M after he was ruled ineligible for National Collegiate Association. Trahan used his Youtube channel to both share running videos and advertise his company as a student-athlete.
Ryan Trahan however got a waiver with the association to allow him to continue running his business as well as remaining an athlete but he dropped out of school to continue to work on his business. Ryan Trahan got his inspiration from Gary Vaynerchuk and in June 2022 he started the “Penny Challange” which went viral. The aim of the challenge was for him to start in California with a single penny and travel to MrBeast in North Carolina and deliver the original penny using only funds derived from the penny.
He had set a target for fundraising $100,000 for the nonprofit Feeding America. The $100,000 that he was able to fulfill raised $1.38 million at the end of the month. Ryan revealed he was able to raise the funds through online surveys, mowing lawns, dog walking, and selling items such as soft drinks, golf balls, and bottled water.
Ryan Trahan also creates incentives for donations in particular The Great Reset where a $50,000 donation to the fundraiser would reset his earned funds to a penny. In addition to this, $100,000dinagions of which he received Trahan had designs donation tattooed on him.
