Khloé Kardashian’s daughter, True, is honing her skills as a budding makeup artist.
On Sunday, August 4, Kardashian, 40, posted an adorable video on her Instagram Stories, showcasing her 6-year-old daughter’s creative makeup attempt. True’s face was playfully covered in pink and purple lipstick, highlighting her unique and colorful look.
“What did you do to your face?” The Kardashians star asks her daughter in the clip, as True replies: “I colored it with lipstick.”
“I love how it turned out,” the Good American founder says. “Oh, it’s gorgeous, how many colors did you use?”
True proudly tells her mom she used “three” colors, counting them out with her fingers, before Kardashian wraps up the clip with a compliment: “Beautiful job.”
True has shown a keen interest in makeup for some time, even if her technique is still evolving. As early as 2020, Kardashian has shared videos and photos on social media featuring True’s playful lipstick experiments.
In a popular clip from July 2020, a 2-year-old True delighted her mom with a bold new look, proudly displaying bright red lipstick smeared across her lips and onto her cheeks.
In 2022, Kardashian posted an Instagram photo of her then 3-year-old daughter, who had begun her day with a makeup adventure. The image featured True blowing a kiss while wearing purple glittery eyeshadow and bright red lipstick.
Earlier this summer, Kardashian even addressed critics who expressed concerns after True was seen wearing mascara and lipstick for a dance recital with her cousin.
“Obviously none of our girls wear makeup like this regularly. This was for the recital only. They are beautiful just as they are,” she wrote in an Instagram post, before concluding the message with, “Yesterday was super special memories for a lifetime.”
The reality star frequently shares heartwarming moments from her life at home with True and her son Tatum, 2, both of whom she shares with her ex Tristan Thompson, on her social media accounts.
Just last week, Kardashian posted footage on her Instagram Stories of her children playing at home with a functioning toy Lamborghini, which Tatum crashed into the wall.
On August 2, she also shared photos of True and Tatum enjoying playtime together in their Los Angeles home. The images show them playing with their toys, singing, and hugging each other.
“They love one another so much🥰,” the mom of two wrote over the clip.
