Who Is the Monster on Netflix’s “Wednesday”? And Who Is Its Boss?

Wednesday, the newest creepy coming-of-age series on Netflix, has finally arrived, and we have many questions. The story begins with a bizarre attack in the woods that draws the attention of the Jericho police, but we have not yet met these characters.

Wednesday Addams (Jenna Ortega) finds herself in Jericho while attending Nevermore Academy, and she always finds herself in the heart of these monster invasions as the story progresses.

Despite the fact that the mystery monster first saves Wednesday from her murderous telekinetic classmate, Rowan Laslow, Wednesday continues to believe that the monster’s motives are nefarious and that she is tied to it. So Wednesday transforms from a coming-of-age tale to a full-fledged mystery.

Who is the Monster’s Master on Wednesday?

Who controls the Monster on Wednesday? The correct response is Marilyn Thornhill. Wednesday initially suspects her therapist, Dr. Valerie Kinbott, of being the Monster’s master after seeing Xavier, whom she initially believed to be the Monster, meet with Dr. Kinbott in the woods.

Wednesday finds that Marilyn Thornhill, a botany teacher at Nevermore (played by Christina Ricci, who earlier portrayed Wednesday in 1991’s The Addams Family), is the Monster’s master after Dr. Kinbott is murdered by the Hyde and Tyler is revealed to be the Monster.

She discovers this after Eugene informs her that she spotted a figure in the Monster’s cave wearing red boots identical to Ms. Thornhill’s. Principal Weems and Wednesday coerce Ms. Thornhill to reveal her true identity by utilizing her ability to assume several forms.

Ms. Thornhill discloses that she is, in fact, the presumed deceased relative of Garrett Gates, Laurel Gates. Following her confession, Ms. Thornhill/Laurel murders and subdues Wednesday.

Using Wednesday’s blood, Laurel resurrects Jericho’s ancestor Joseph Crackstone, who desires to kill all outcasts. Wednesday’s roommate Enid Sinclair transforms into a werewolf and defeats Tyler.

Wednesday, who is frequently rescued by her deceased ancestor Goody, overcomes Crackstone before he can ruin Nevermore.

Wednesday and Eugene defeat Gates in the end. The first season of Wednesday concludes with Xavier’s release from prison and Wednesday’s departure from Nevermore, which closes for the remainder of the semester.

Wednesday brings her theory to the police and gets Xavier detained on the basis of it. Later, when Wednesday (Hunter Doohan) kisses Tyler, she has a frightening vision: Tyler, not Xavier, is Hyde.

It was revealed that Tyler’s mother was also a Hyde and that her beast was activated by postpartum depression.

She transmitted the disease to her son, Tyler.

As for the monster’s master, it turns out that Nevermore teacher Marilyn Thornhill (Christina Ricci) is actually Laurel Gates, a relative of Garrett Gates, the man Gomez Addams was accused of murdering while a student at Nevermore.
